Refund Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and provide services on "No fix No pay" basis. If you are not satisfied with our service, please submit a complaint to complaints@alanitech.com within 24 hours of the service with a detailed explanation. By accepting our services, you agree to allow us the opportunity to "make it right" with a follow-up visit in the next 48 hours, otherwise we will provide a refund minus 20% in admin fees.
Complaints are received on a case-by-case basis, and the % of the refund is determined by the % of the job in dispute. For instance, if we worked on Task 1, Task 2 and Task 3 but only the last one is in dispute, then the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally.
Note: The refund request either has to be directly associated with the original request or a corollary to the work directly performed. For example, if there was an email-related issue and the customer is complaining about their printer not working, we will not consider this as a correlated case, and in such cases, no refund will be issued. But if work on the email-related issue results in errors to their other devices, a complaint may be made provided the client informed the technician of the existence of such devices and enough time was allowed to complete the job.
Refunds may take up to 9-15 days working days to show as credit in the customer's account through which payment was originally made.
